Mobilehome Park Property Office Assistant
Our wonderful park is in need of a part time Office Assistant. The following tasks for the Office Assistant are as follows:
1. The keeping of an Assistant Checklist, with work accomplished, phone messages and member questions/concerns.
2. Enforce park rules and regulations.
3. Be a positive and kind representative of the mobile home community to inquirers and residents alike.
4. Perform maintenance/cleaning. Do additional tasks as may be necessary, such as:
Walk the park once a month to record all readings of gas, electric and water meters.
Open and close the clubhouse on weekends and holidays. (opens at 9am and closes at 5:30pm)
Contact contractors as needed for emergency repairs for water leaks, gas leaks, sewer and water stoppage.
Maintain good communication with the "on-call person" regarding any emergency repair calls.
Pick up trash found on streets and common areas (pool area, trash area, clubhouse area, etc)
Inspect/maintain/clean clubhouse, bathrooms, laundry buildings, trash enclosure and amenities.
Employee is responsible for executing requests in a timely, diligent and thorough manner.
Employee's duties include any reasonable task, that may not be listed above as deemed by the property manager.
