Job description:

Key Responsibilities:Facility Cleaning and Sanitation

Perform daily cleaning of classrooms, offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

Sanitize tables, chairs, high-touch surfaces, and program equipment throughout the day.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas.

Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.

Refill restroom and cleaning supplies (soap, paper towels, tissue, disinfectant).

Clean windows, doors, and interior glass surfaces regularly.

Assist in cleaning and organizing kitchen or dining areas after participant meals.

Vehicle Cleaning and Upkeep

Clean company vehicles (interior and exterior) on a scheduled basis.

Disinfect high-touch surfaces inside vehicles such as door handles, seat belts, and dashboard areas.

Report any vehicle damage, mechanical issues, or maintenance needs to the Site Director.

Exterior Facility Maintenance

Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas including walkways, and facility entrances.

Sweep, pick up trash, and keep exterior areas free of debris.

Clean exterior windows, walls, and signage as needed.

Assist with basic landscaping tasks such as watering plants or trimming small bushes (if applicable).

General Maintenance and Safety Support

Perform light maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, minor repairs).

Report any safety hazards or facility issues immediately.

Support setup and cleanup during events, trainings, or program activities.

Follow all safety and infection control procedures per Community Care Licensing (CCL) standards.

Safely store and handle all cleaning supplies and chemicals.
