Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Office Manager, within the wine industry. This role involves overseeing and managing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the processing of customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Responsible for maintaining accurate customer credit records. Handle all incoming emails, phone calls, and in-person queries promptly and professionally. Establish and maintain high standard of company-client relationships. Oversee inventory, ensuring stock is adequately recorded, stored, and maintained. Assist with daily office requirements, ensuring excellent workplace conditions. Ensure company compliance with industry regulations and support quality assurance procedures. Coordinate between different departments, ensuring all business operations are in accordance with company procedures. Facilitate the preparation and coordination of meetings and events. Supervise and manage all administrative activities, including ordering supplies and equipment, preparing reports, maintaining records, and more.Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Office Manager role or similar. Proficient knowledge of Accounting Software Systems. Experience with ADP. Must be comfortable with answering inbound calls. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Must have excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
