Our office is an architectural and construction office looking for a highly organized Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures and in charge of construction accounting.
Office Manager responsibilities include preparation of payroll and payroll taxes; insurance audit reports; creating invoices and releases; and creating construction accounting reports for clients. Provide general administrative support to our employees.
Our ideal candidates have excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Must know QuickBooks and Microsoft Word and Excel.
