Responsible for bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, ordering supplies for a small design and manufacturing company, in business for 39 years. We design and fabricate furniture and accessories for the interior design market. 20 employees.

Bilingual (Spanish) helpful but not required.

Able to converse with clients on the phone and e-mail daily, to follow up on orders, and create production schedules.

Create and send invoices in a timely manner.
