We are a leading provider of education and training programs for men and women (18 and over) with developmental disabilities throughout the State of California.
We are seeking a qualified Office Assistant that will also work closely under the direct supervision of our CEO at our corporate office located in Rocklin, California.
Required Experience:
A proven administrative services professional with verifiable success managing the day to day and monthly needs of a business.
Maintaining multiple records and systems accurately on a daily and monthly basis
Maintaining financial ledgers
Writing at a high level of proficiency
Utilization of Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel and Outlook at a high level of proficiency
Serving as the face and voice for a company that receives approximately countless calls and visits per day
Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail/packages
Doing all of the above successfully while responding to minute by minute needs of Program Directors
Establish and maintain appropriate documentation and files as needed
Coordinate company meetings and events as needed
Work on various special projects as assigned by Executive Management Team
Cross train in other areas as necessary
Daily collaboration with our accounting team as well as HR
Minimum qualifications for consideration are: Minimum 2 year experience in an administrative/operations role
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Able to prioritize and multi task
Highly motivated and able to work well independently
