On-site Manager for 14 unit apartment building

Resident Manager responsibility for building include:

- Complete move in move out checklist with tenant

- Prepare vacant unit for showings

- Schedule and complete all maintenance issues (applicant must have some skills for basic housekeeping/maintenance items)

- Policing and Monitor property/tenants/ and grounds

- Keep property clean

- Must have good communication skills with tenants and vendors

- Arrange for apartment showings

- Arrange for applications for applicants

- Must have some property management experience

- Submit resume

Compensation - A discounted 1 bedroom apartment and $25/hr 15 hours per week
