We’re looking for a dependable and experienced On-Site Resident Manager for a well-kept 71-unit apartment community in a prime Korea-town location. This is a Full time role (40per hour/ per week) You’ll have full support from our property management office and direct supervisor.

Responsibilities include:

monthly rent collection

Assigning maintenance work order & coordinating and providing access for maintenance

Showing vacant units to prospective renters

Conducting move-in and move-out inspections

Keep updated records

Posting notices when needed

Handling tenant concerns professionally

Light upkeep of the common areas

Performing annual unit inspections

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management or onsite management

Familiarity with Fair Housing laws, California landlord/tenant law, and LA County Rent Control

Basic computer and smartphone skills (email, photos)

Ability to walk the property daily, push bins, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 lbs.

Compensation Includes:

1BR / 1BA apartment at approx.

$17.81/hour (unincorporated LA County minimum wage)

40hour per week Full-time schedule
