Onsite resident property manager

We are currently looking for a person or couple to manage and be our resident manager for a 32 unit apartment complex in Sacramento. This position is part time but if you have handyman skills and qualified, it will be paid additional and will be hourly wage. Building has a swimming pool and on site laundry. We already have a property management company.

This position is onsite and must live onsite.
