Manicurists/Trimmers:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 or 9 am start times - 4:30 or 5:30 end times

Pay: $16.50/hour + tiered bonus structure OR $18-$19.50/hour (all site dependent)

Locations: Eureka & Arcata

Job description:

-Manicures and trims flower to prepare for packaging and distribution

-Follows site-specific instructions and quality standards for processing product

-Performs both on-the-stem and bucked trimming, depending on site requirements

-Maintains a balance of speed and precision to ensure efficient and high-quality output

-Adheres to hygiene, safety, and compliance regulations throughout all processing activities

-Inspects and sorts flowers to maintain consistency, removing stems, leaves, and imperfections

-Works collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly trimming goals

-Keeps work area clean and organized to uphold product integrity and operational efficiency

Cultivation Assistants:

Schedule: Monday through Sunday shifts available

Pay: $18/hour +

Locations: Eureka & Arcata

Job Descriptions:

-Assists with daily cultivation tasks, including watering, pruning, trellising, and transplanting plants

-Monitors plant health and growth stages, reporting any signs of stress, pests, or disease to cultivation leads

-Follows precise standard operating procedures (SOPs) for nutrient mixing, feeding schedules, and environmental controls

-Maintains cleanliness and organization in all grow areas to ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards

-Supports harvesting activities, including defoliation, plant takedown, and preparation for drying and curing

-Tracks and labels plants accurately to ensure compliance with state and site-level regulations

-Operates and maintains cultivation tools and equipment safely and efficiently

-Works collaboratively with the cultivation team to achieve production targets and maintain consistent product quality

-Upholds confidentiality, security, and professionalism

-Experience with tech tracking systems is a plus! (must have tech skills for higher-level cultivation positions)

Packaging Assistants:

Schedule: Monday - Sunday shifts available

Pay: $16.50/hr +

Locations: Eureka & Arcata

Job Descriptions:

-Packages cannabis flower and manufactured products accurately according to company and regulatory standards

-Weighs, labels, seals, and organizes products for distribution while maintaining consistency and quality control

-Follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies

-Inspects products for quality assurance, ensuring proper appearance, weight, and labeling accuracy

-Maintains cleanliness and organization of the packaging area to meet hygiene and safety requirements

-Works efficiently to meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail

-Accurately records batch information and packaging data for tracking and compliance purposes

-Handles product with care and adheres to all sanitation, PPE, and safety protocols

-Collaborates with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth workflow and meet operational deadlines
