Operations Coordinator

Description Our dynamic growing company is looking for an organized and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team in Solana Beach, CA. As an Operations Coordinator, you'll be the foundation that keeps our company running smoothly. You'll oversee logistical, administrative, and office activities, jump on problems that could derail efficiency, and develop strategies to boost productivity. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth and coordinated workflow.

Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Coordinate logistics and manage resources to execute projects efficiently.

Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency.

Oversee administrative processes and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Familiarity with operational and administrative processes and principles.

Proficient in MS Office and databases; knowledge of industry-specific software is a plus.
