Description We are looking for an Operations Processor to join our team in Westlake Village, California. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks related to customer invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation within the industry. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Handle the preparation and processing of invoices, as well as vendor payments. Manage credit card and ACH payments for various purchases. Communicate effectively with Relationship Managers to resolve issues related to payment methods. Maintain up-to-date payment statuses in CRM using daily finance reports. Carry out reconciliation of vendor invoices to determine payment methods. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes. Maintain and update residual equipment deductions. Update and maintain up-to-date agent information in compliance with company policy and procedure. Execute and deliver weekly agent call log reports to the Director of Operations. Provide support with CRM development tasks as needed and participate in the development and implementation of financial controls and process improvements. Perform quality control on new account approvals utilizing CRM and various portals. Requirements Must possess proficiency in QuickBooks for managing accounting functions and financial reporting. Demonstrable ability in using Excel Formulas for data analysis and report generation. Experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales. Should have skills in billing and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Requires expertise in account reconciliation to ensure financial records are consistent and accurate. Should have experience in bookkeeping tasks including recording transactions, processing payments, and maintaining financial records. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive financial information. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Prior experience in an operations processing or similar role is preferred.
