Job Title: Production OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for capping, and labeling vials, bottles, and tubes both individually and as part of a team, following established standard operating procedures. This role requires maintaining accuracy in all tasks to prevent quality complaints and production delays and effectively communicating with team members to ensure daily production goals are met.Responsibilities

Cap and label vials, bottles, and tubes, both individually and as part of a team, following established standard operating procedures.

Adhere to technical documents, including standard operating procedures and manufacturing batch records.

Maintain accuracy in all tasks to prevent quality complaints and production delays.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure daily production goals are met.

Work in both standard and clean room environments while complying with specific PPE requirements.

Safely operate manual and automated filling equipment.

Report equipment issues to the maintenance team through verbal and written communication.

Collaborate with colleagues at equivalent levels in the manufacturing area.

Complete all training requirements on time and adhere to ISO standards.

Recognize deviations from accepted practices and take appropriate action.

Essential Skills

Production experience

Manufacturing experience

Knowledge of GMP and SOP

High School Diploma

Experience working with complex automated machinery

Ability to perform setups

Proficient in using computers, including tablets for adjusting machine settings

Detail-oriented

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in fast food, restaurant, assembly, or assembly line work

Mechanical skills and hand tool usage

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Strong laboratory mathematical skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality

Highly motivated and dedicated with experience in Good Documentation Practices
