Operator/Laborer -Grass Valley, Truckee, Folsom, Roseville, Sac

OPERATOR FOR A MINI EXCAVATOR, BACKHOE AND SKIDSTEER

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

Chalk / re-chalk footings during footing excavation

Ability to dig straight trenches

Pay attention to footing layout per the jobsite drawings

Grease and check fluid levels daily

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of CAT and John Deere controls.

Willingness to work as a laborer or formsetter/finisher when not running the backhoe or bobcat.

Ability to provide a DMV printout and own reliable transportation to and from work.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and come under subordination of group leader & supervisor.

Ability to ask questions when not understanding a task or other requirements.

Ability to independently organize and plan certain aspects of job tasks.
