- Troubleshoot minor and major system problems in a timely manner and escalate to L3 support when necessary.
- Assist all customers and provide production support for all designs and perform tests on all installation process for infrastructure.
- Experience on Interacting with infrastructure, release management, change management, QA, DBA, and application teams
- Experience on Collaborating with management to improve and customize reports related to production support.
- Experience on reporting promptly to management and business partners regarding critical outages until resolution.
- Working knowledge of database concepts
