- Work with technology organization and business end-users (Finance, Sales, Sales Ops) to understand data and analysis needs and develop technical requirements.
- Partner with development and data management roles to identify and capture data required from internal and external sources.
- Use data visualization programs, tools and techniques to generate dashboards, reports and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
- Identify, analyze, interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filter and clean data by reviewing data and performance indicators.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Develop professional expertise, apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
- Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Build productive internal/external working relationships.
- Receive general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
- Working knowledge of Oracle EBS, specifically RMCS, Subscriptions, Order Management and CPQ.
- Telecom Billing and Supply chain domain knowledge, preferred
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, programming (SQL, Python, ETL frameworks, Alteryx)

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
