- Maintain close working relationships with Finance stakeholders to understand business objectives, anticipate demand, and rapidly respond with working solutions.
- Responsible for driving finance projects and coordinating with offshore team to get them delivered with quality and on schedule.
- Provide day to day support for issues related to Oracle EBS Systems by investigating problems and developing detailed suggestions for resolution of issues. Work closely with Oracle support/Offshore Team to get the issues resolved.
- Drive offshore development team to ensure zero communication and quality issues in their delivery
- Adhere to the enterprise change management methodology and contribute to its improvement
- 5+ years of Oracle EBS application technical experience is a must.
- Experience in Design and Development of Workflows and AME
- Extensive SQL and PL/SQL including performance tuning
- Kofax and Markview experience will be a strong PLUS.
- Experience developing Oracle XML Reports
- Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules – AP, iExpense, iProcurement, Fixed Assets and GL.
- Experience in configuring EB Tax will be a huge advantage.
- Experience working in a global delivery model
- Experience with unit testing, test driven development methodologies
- Solid problem-solving skills, good eye for speed vs value tradeoffs and crisp execution a must
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, product managers and engineering team a must
- Quick learner and Strong team player
