Oracle EPM (Hyperion/FCCS) Lead / System Manager

Pay: $90-100/hour on W2; C2C not possible for this role. Remote with some travel to offices as neededDescription

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle EPM, Hyperion Financial Management/ Essbase /Planning/Finance reporting.
• Hands on experience to design build and support Hyperion, FCCS (consolidation) applications.
• Accountable for liaising with stakeholders to lead, facilitate and support characterization, planning and execution of FCCS/Hyperion solutions.
• Responsible for all system manager activities and lead DevOps support tasks.
• Interact effectively with Business Partners and various IT groups (Internal and External) to support FCCS/Hyperion solutions and provide strong business capability focus.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and evaluate solutions
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to business partners in a meaningful way
• Demonstrated discipline, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Independent, self-motivated, self-managing, proactive and responsive with a bias for action and results
• Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders to achieve objectives
• Curious yet able to focus on clear objectives

• 12 Years of overall experience with Oracle EPM
• Top 3 Required Skill Sets: Oracle EPM, FCCS, Hyperion and soft skills (Independent, self-motivated, self-managing, proactive, leadership)
• Top 3 Nice to Have Skill Sets: SAP FICO knowledge
• Bachelor degree with planning/consolidation experience
