Apparel company looking for an energetic, self-motivated person to join our team. This individual will focus on entering orders, invoicing and receiving payments from our retail clients as well as entering bills and building inventory in our accounting systems.
Key Tasks
Enter incoming sales orders
Invoice outgoing orders
Process customer payments and refunds
Enter incoming bills into our system
Build assembled SKUs in QuickBooks
Communicate with warehouse team in regards to priorities
Follow up with vendors for missing bills and/or errors on aging’s
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices
Send updates to sales reps weekly
Special projects as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of an Associate degree
Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
Working knowledge of QuickBooks Pro
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills.
Keen attention to detail in a faced paced environment
Team Oriented.
