Description We are looking to onboard an Order Processor at our location in Rutherford, California. This role involves a significant focus on managing distributor and account purchase orders, inventory transfers, and administrative tasks. The job function demands meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills within the industry. It offers a short-term contract employment opportunity with the potential for long-term hire.Responsibilities: Manage distributor and account purchase orders with precision and efficiency Ensure all details on purchase orders are accurate before processing Check available inventory allocations for fulfilling orders and arrange transfers if necessary Generate necessary documentation or labels for orders as per requirements Organize local shipments for orders when required Maintain open communication with distributors regarding purchase order status Generate and dispatch invoices for shipped purchase orders Initiate and complete outbound and inbound inventory transfers between warehouse locations Handle month-end duties such as wholesale invoice reporting and commission reporting Arrange sample shipments for various needs such as field sales teams, new vintage samples, events, and donations Document and communicate any related inventory comps Undertake administrative tasks such as brand registrations, setting up product items numbers at warehouse locations, and with wholesalers Maintain up-to-date knowledge on labeling and customs requirements for all importers/distributors Document and maintain instruction manuals for job-related activities Handle bi-monthly duties like coding and approving warehouse invoices for payment.Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in an Order Processing role or similar. Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems. Experience with ADP - Financial Services. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Knowledge of ERP Solutions. Proficiency with About Time software. Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently. Experience with Billing Functions. Familiarity with Check Processing. Experience in Claim Administration. Knowledge of handling Purchase Orders.
