Outdoor Maintenance & Groundskeeping – Full-Time Opportunity

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Outdoor Maintenance & Groundskeeping Team Member to join our team at a well-maintained multi-family property. This is a hands-on, physically active outdoor position with steady, full-time work.

Compensation:

$21–$23 per hour (depending on experience)

Opportunity for onsite housing as a part of compensation

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Duties Include:

Mowing, trimming, weeding, and leaf cleanup

Regular inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of irrigation systems

Outdoor plumbing repairs (hose bibs, water lines, leaks)

Minor electrical troubleshooting

General outdoor repairs

Small equipment operation

Keeping outdoor common areas safe, clean, and well-maintained

Availability for emergencies

What We’re Looking For:

Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stay physically active throughout the day

Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and outdoor plumbing is required

Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills

Team player who follows direction and communicates well

General groundskeeping and maintenance experience

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check

Flexible schedule and available for emergencies
