What You’ll Do
Generate pre-need sales using company-provided leads from web inquiries, direct mail, and seminar events
Develop self-generated leads through networking, referrals, and community involvement
Meet with families to plan pre-need cremation and cemetery services with empathy and professionalism
Conduct in-home, seminar-based, or virtual sales presentations to educate families on available options
Build lasting client relationships through follow-up, ongoing communication, and excellent service
Manage appointments, documentation, and client records with accuracy and attention to detail
Participate in sales training, team meetings, and development workshops to continuously improve performance
Maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and licensing requirements
Collaborate with colleagues and management to support team goals and overall client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
A self-motivated, compassionate professional who is driven to succeed while helping others
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple appointments
Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers or tablets for presentations and digital documentation
Proven sales, customer service, or relationship management experience preferred
High level of integrity, empathy, and professionalism in all client interactions
Current insurance license holders strongly preferred
Must be able to obtain a limited insurance license to sell(company covers all licensing costs) and pass a background check
Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required
Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-based environment
Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet client needs
