Package Designer

Description We are offering a long term contract opportunity for a Package Designer in the Retail and Entertainment industry based in Chatsworth, California. As a Package Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing package designs that align with the creative vision of our team. This role involves a variety of tasks, from following style guides to collaborating with management on packaging projects.Responsibilities: Create innovative package designs in line with the latest industry trends Collaborate with management on various packaging projects Follow style guides to ensure consistency across all designs Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop to create and edit designs Develop display/POP experiences that enhance the visibility of our products Maintain open communication with the team to ensure project alignment Use your creative ability to contribute new ideas and concepts Develop brand awareness through your designs Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly Continuously update and maintain accurate customer credit recordsRequirements Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in package design or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop is essential. Experience with Android Development and About Time software will be advantageous. Familiarity with AB Testing methods is required. Should have a solid understanding of brand awareness strategies. Excellent communication skills are mandatory for this role. Must have a customer service orientation and ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is desired. Should possess creative skills to generate innovative packaging designs. Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field is preferred.
