job detailsThe Packaging Associate is responsible for packaging and preparing products for shipment. This role involves ensuring products are securely packed, labeled correctly, and meet all quality standards. The Packaging Associate will work closely with the production and shipping teams to meet daily production and shipping goals. Packaging: Assemble, package, and label products according to company standards and customer specifications.

Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before packaging.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of packaged products and materials used. Report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
