At Freshworks, global Integrated campaigns are a critical and significant driver of revenue for the business. The Integrated Marketing team at Freshworks is looking for a Paid Campaign Marketing Manager to help strategize and manage campaigns at Freshworks.In this role, you will be responsible for project and campaign planning, budgeting, execution, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a relationship-builder, collaborating cross-functionally both internally and externally and ensuring Integrated Marketing roles and responsibilities are adhered to.Essential Functions:Manage integrated campaign budget for the commercial and enterprise segments. Act as the point person for Integrated marketing - collaborate with Digital marketing to build a media plan and co-own Paid media strategy for campaigns Collaborate with Digital marketing to deliver leads and qualified opportunities from channels, including paid social, review sites, and global content syndication vendors, to ensure quarterly sourcing targets are met. Calibrate budget pacing and allocation across channels depending on performance, remaining flexible and pivoting to the best channels.Track lead flow to ensure appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing-sourced leads Find opportunities to build new marketing channels per segment and regionDrive spending efficiency through vendor consolidation, contract negotiations, audience segmentation, and optimizationPartner closely with the Global campaign enablement team to incorporate insights from sales into campaign executionThis role will work hybrid (3 days/week) from either our San Mateo, CA (HQ) or our Bellevue, WA location.
