Paint Sprayer

Manpower is currently seeking Paint Sprayer candidates for a temp to perm role with a major manufacturing company in the San Jose areaThis position is responsible for helping support one of the finest paint shops in the area.Duties include, but are not limited to:Recognize defects and remove product that does not meet company standards

Sand and polish finish product as needed

Prep projects for application of primer and paint

Mix and spray paint and primer as required

Operate and use all equipment in a safe and proper manner

Basic Requirements:1 year of experience working in a high-volume paint shop

An understanding of common defects and paint issues

Experience in surface preparation and paint finishing

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work OT as needed
