Visit https://www.dignityhealth.org/socal/locations/san-bernardino for more information.ResponsibilitiesThe Painter under supervision of the Maintenance Construction Lead applies coats of paint varnish stains enamel or lacquer to decorate or protect interior and exterior surfaces trimmings and fixtures within and around the hospital. This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Community Hospital of San Bernardino. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support Community Hospital of San Bernardino strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement process and activities.Qualifications

Two (2) years experience as a journeyman painter with knowledge of premium paints and experience in preparing paint to match specified colors by tinting blending and mixing are required.

Some knowledge of plaster mixing and plastering is preferred.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
