Job DescriptionDay to Day:The Facilities/Building Maintenance group is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to support various efforts led under general supervision, performs skilled painting work at the journey level. Incumbents employ standard trade practices and skills to prepare and paint various types of interior and exterior surfaces on County owned buildings, tanks, equipment, and facilities · Prepare surfaces for painting and drywall finishing. · Apply various types of paint and coatings to different surfaces. · Erect scaffolding and operate personnel lifts. · Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment. · Use Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system to complete maintenance work orders. · Estimate labor and material needs, and maintain records. · Respond to issues and concerns at various locations. · Perform related duties as assigned.Compensation: $40.89/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access.
