Paralegal

Description Robert Half Legal has partnered with a growing family law firm in Newport Beach looking for a full time paralegal to support their team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to learn and grow with their firm, and can navigate a multitude of personalities and affairs. This position will report directly to the Managing Attorney and collaborate with the Firm’s leadership team. Responsibilities include:

Help draft motions, responses, declarations, financial disclosures, correspondence and other family law documents

Assist with assembling of trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions and mediations;

Calendar upcoming court hearings and other deadlines;

Collaborate with supervising Attorney and provide general administrative support;

Prepare for hearings, trials, depositions, interrogations, and other legal meetings;
