Provide support to attorney through all phases

Research and analysis of complex legal documents

Data base management of all relevant documents

Ability to prioritize, organize and handle heavy workload

Requirements

7+ years' of recent civil litigation experience

Should possess a thorough knowledge of word processing and excel spreadsheets

Accurate, attentive, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

Deep understanding of Draft Pleadings

Adeptness in Discovery

Legal research experience

Microsoft Excel experience

Comprehensive knowledge of Civil Litigation Experience

Trial preparation experience preferred

Strong problem-solving skills

Capability to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
