Paralegal Sought for Pasadena Injury/Civil Rights Firm - Hybrid

Small plaintiffs' personal injury and civil rights law firm in Old Town Pasadena seeks an experienced paralegal. Your tasks, in rough order of importance, will include:

Administration of Individual and Mass Tort Caseload

Working with clients to complete discovery responses, forms

Preparation of pre and post-litigation demand packages, mediation briefs and settlement conference briefs Background research into clients, opposing parties, witnesses.

Reviewing and summarizing medical records and other documents

Extensive phone contact with clients, experts, opposing parties and others

Litigation experience is required. Experience in personal injury matters is heavily preferred.

Knowing your way around computers is a must, as we are a paperless office and heavily reliant on them for our work.
