I own a small business with a home office. I am looking for a part-time assistant to work flexible hours, about 5 days a week, about 4 hours a day, business is busier in the summer and slows down a bit in the winter.
Responsibility includes:
1. Answering phones and emails.
2. Maintaining calendar and scheduling all events and meetings for company
3. maintaining filing system
5. Creating invoice and other administrative work
Qualification required:
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. Ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
3. knowledge of word and excel, familiar with Mac
4. Accounting experience a plus.
5. Internet and Social Media experience a plus.
6. Administrative Assistant Degree or Bachelor Degree
Ideally, I am looking for someone with a lot of energy who can keep up with growing business demands and be able to stay on task.
