Part-Time Baker/Prep – Join Our Kitchen Team

Location: Alessia patisserie & cafe

Schedule: Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays (early morning shifts 4:30am-1pm)

Position Type: Part-Time

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable baker/prep cook to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on kitchen environment and takes pride in producing high-quality pastries and baked goods.

Responsibilities include:

– Scaling and preparing batters, doughs, and other bakery items

– Baking, assembling, and finishing products according to daily prep lists

– General prep tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining kitchen standards

– Supporting the team with various back-of-house duties as needed

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a bakery or commercial kitchen preferred

– Strong attention to detail and time management

– Ability to work efficiently, cleanly, and independently

– Comfortable with early morning shifts and standing for long periods

– Must be available Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays
