Part-time Bartender

Juanita & Maude is looking for a part-time bartender to join our team.

We’re seeking someone with a well-rounded background in both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) restaurant operations who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and brings a genuine sense of hospitality to the bar.

What we’re offering:

1–2 shifts per week (Wednesday and/or Thursday) available starting in mid-October, with the potential to add additional shifts as business needs expand.

A supportive, team-driven environment where FOH and BOH work closely together.

The opportunity to craft cocktails, share wine knowledge, provide warm service, and contribute to a restaurant dedicated to seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine.

What we’re looking for:

Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, or a strong desire to learn with solid FOH/BOH background.

Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine (or eagerness to grow in this area).

Ideally someone with culinary experience who values the connection between food and beverage.

A collaborative attitude and the ability to support FOH/BOH operations when needed.

Flexibility to occasionally work shifts as a server as well.

Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine love for hospitality.
