Part-Time Bookkeeper (In-Person)

Part-Time Bookkeeper Wanted – On-Site | Used Car Dealership | Thousand Oaks, CA

We’re an independent used car dealership located in Thousand Oaks, and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team on-site.

About the Role:

This is an in-person, part-time position (approx. 15–25 hours per week, flexible scheduling). You'll be responsible for keeping our financial records accurate and up to date.

Responsibilities:

Enter daily transactions into accounting software

Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and floorplan accounts

Track vehicle purchases, sales, and related expenses

Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and vendor payments

Assist with month-end closing and basic financial reporting

Coordinate with ownership, CPA and admin assistants as needed

Requirements:

Proven bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks or similar accounting software)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic understanding of auto dealership operations is a plus (not required)

Must be able to work on-site in Thousand Oaks

Reliable and able to work independently

Pay:

$20–$23/hour, depending on experience

Potential for additional hours or responsibilities over time
