Part-Time Contract Attorney/Associate Position Available

Our firm is looking for an experienced contract attorney or part-time associate to help us with our growing practice. This candidate would provide support to our litigators on a wide range of cases, as well as support on mergers and acquisitions.

Skills: At least three years’ experience is essential. Strong writing abilities in drafting pleadings, responses, discovery, and other related matters. Must be competent in managing multiple deadlines and priorities effectively. A background in real property litigation, construction litigation, or mergers and acquisitions would be very helpful.
