Part-time File Clerk

In this role, you will perform various basic clerical tasks, including managing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems, operating office equipment, and completing general office work. Able to show strong file management, including gathering and indexing, across and with various departments and employees

Faxing, archiving, scanning, filing, and word processing

Using specific guidelines, arrange high volumes of memoranda, letters, invoices, and other indexed documents

Perform all things related to quality control related to proper document filings

Must be capable of answering questions about records and files

Find data within specific timelines

Handle and support diverse projects on the behalf of other employees

Requirements - A high school diploma or its equivalent is required of all applications for this position

Command of filing

Solid understanding of e-Filing

Adept handling office equipment

Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures

Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

1 year experience of file clerking preferred

Knowledge of Word and Excel

Sound written and verbal communication skills
