Some of the responsibilities include: Greet residents and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor; manage incoming calls, inquiries and requests promptly and professionally; Coordinate and deliver packages and assist with mail handling; Log in all guests and workers; Move tandem parked cars.

Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Professional appearance and demeanor; A current drivers license and background check.
