Part-time IT support or Full-time with other data work

AK Scientific is a small and well-established R&D chemical reagents supplier in the San Francisco Bay Area serving pharmaceutical/biotech, CRO, novel technologies/materials, and academic organizations worldwide. The company provides a comprehensive range of bioactive small molecules, analytical references, reagents, building blocks, advanced intermediates, and bio & specialty chemicals. We are currently looking for a part-time IT support technician, who can help to maintain smooth daily operation for general hardware and software troubleshooting: Windows Desktops, Server, internet, printers, daily data update, etc.

o Time can be flexible as long as the IT operating without any issues.

o All level applicants can be considered from entry level to experienced senior levels.

o Some training can be provided for entry level or part-time college student applicants.

If you prefer a full-time position, other than IT support, you may be involved in IT development, web updating, database related work based on your interests and skills. We will make sure you have enough room for your interests and professional development while helping the company to move forward and expand.

Requirements: any experience levels will be considered as long as having strong interests in IT/data related work and basic knowledge/skills.

For part-time positions, the pay rate will be based on skills, $17 to $40/h, can be further discussed, the full-time will have all other benefits, and need to start as temp or part-time first before transferring to a full-time position.
