This is a one day per week part time job to assist in setting up a small business home office.
It consists of setting up work station, organizing file cabinets and separating records, utilities statements and contracts of various businesses.
The office is located in a rural area of Sebastopol, and consists of business records of 3 different small businesses.
There will also be some accounting to analyze expenses to help in cost containment and management.
The position starts at 30.00 per hour and will require 4-6 hours per week.
I am looking for a person with organization skills that would enjoy helping organize a small office.
the position may work into some accounting for tax preparation to assist accountant.
