Part Time Maintenance Tech

Looking for a self motivated, part time general maintenance assistant for three days per week to perform a wide variety of assigned services for a senior apartment community, small market rate community and property facilities. Carpentry, plumbing, electric, painting, general maintenance experience, including knowledge of basic tools, is required. Salary is commensurate with experience and skill level.
