The Operations Coordinator will assist with scheduling, customer communication, and project coordination between our installation crews, clients, and vendors. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in office administration, operations, or project management—especially in the solar field.
Responsibilities:
Schedule site surveys, installations, and inspections
Track project timelines and update internal systems
Communicate with customers and team members regarding project progress
Prepare and submit permit and interconnection paperwork
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
Support management with administrative and reporting tasks
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in office coordination, operations, or project support (solar/construction experience strongly preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Schedule:
Part-time (approximately 20–25 hours per week)
Monday–Friday
