Part-time/on call Handyman

Looking for an experienced Handyman/maintenance person for a local property management company.

Must be available during the week and weekends. All on call.

Must have a truck.

Duties include but not limited to:

light plumbing

light electrical

changing light blubs

wall patch work

painting

dump runs

being available for tenant lock outs
