Parts Counter Sales Manager

Parts Counter Sales Manager wanted for a boat trailer manufacturer in a fast paced environment. Pacific Boat Trailers is one of the largest boat trailer manufacturers on the West coast. Knowledge of automotive or trailer parts is a huge plus and a good attitude with the ability to get along with others is an absolute MUST. If you are mechanically inclined, we will provide the necessary training. We need someone with excellent customer service and communication skills. We are a family owned/operated business and we treat our employees well. The work hours are ideal at M-F, 7:30-4 with occasional half Saturdays. Pacific hires its managers from within the company, so this is a great opportunity to work hard and move up in the organization. This Parts Manager position in particular has an excellent chance to promote beyond the Parts department. Pacific has been doing business in California for over 40 years and is rapidly growing.
