Job Summary:

The Patient Safety Coordinator assists the Patient Safety Director at Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center to support the maintenance of the grievance process and support the functions of clinical risk and claims management. Reporting to the Patient Safety Director, this individual will assist in coordinating those systems necessary for identification, evaluation, monitoring, reduction, or elimination of professional and general liability risk exposures.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, LICENSE AND EXPERIENCE

    • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with current California BSN license required.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a healthcare setting required. Healthcare patient safety, risk management, or quality improvement preferred.
