Job Summary: Payload Flight Software Test Engineer System One is seeking a Top-Secret Cleared Payload Flight Software Test Engineer to support a new space payload modernization initiative with a large Aerospace and Defense company in Sunnyvale, CA.

Required Skills:
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Clearance; US citizenship is required
  • Experience in embedded software test development using MBSE model development
  • Python development experience
  • Agile development using Jira or similar tool
  • Experience with IBM DOORS, Cameo System Modeler (SysML/UML), Git/GitLab (or similar configuration management tool)

Desired skills:
  • Familiarity with Cameo Systems Modeler (SysML/UML), IBM DOORS, IBM Rhapsody and Jira
  • Familiarity working in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Familiarity with software testing
  • Familiarity with satellite systems
  • Familiarity with STARS / EZ-Framework
