Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Payment Operations Specialist Position type: Full-time/Contract Duration: 2+ Months Location: Dublin, CA (On-site) As a Payment Operations Specialist, you will: We are looking for someone who can help us collect duplicate entry errors, gather documents related to the transaction and match member information. The ideal candidate presents a high attention to details. Responsibilities:- Identify duplicate check images to ensure that both pictures are matching
- Collect supporting documents corresponding to the transactions
- Identify the member in our member database
- Send all information related to the duplicate transactions
- Perform other duties as assigned The ideal candidate will have:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to use different software and platforms
- Analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Must demonstrate high attention to learn quickly
- Ability to be well organized, team-player and motivated
