Payroll Analyst

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in SAN FRANCISCO, California, for a Payroll Analyst. The individual will be working remotely. responsible for managing wage reports, handling government paperwork related to medical benefits, and maintaining wage garnishments in ADP. Responsibilities: Manage and compile wage per hour reports in ADP Workforce Now. Organize and fill out government paperwork related to medical benefits. Update and maintain wage garnishments into ADP. Process benefits for City and County of San Francisco. Pull reports into ADP for submission to the Federal Bureau. Ensure all tasks are completed using the software ADP WFN and Excel. Handle all payroll-related tasks as assigned. Use Excel formulas to analyze and present data. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection laws.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required. Advanced knowledge and application of Excel formulas is essential. Prior experience in payroll administration, particularly related to wages, is necessary. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal payroll and tax regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred.
