Payroll Clerk

Process and verify employee timecards, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.

Collaborate with HR to maintain employee records and ensure all changes are reflected appropriately.

Prepare and distribute payroll reports, summaries, and statements.

Assist in addressing employee payroll-related inquiries and concerns.

Support the transition from contract to full-time employment, ensuring a seamless experience for all.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and best practices.

Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel.

Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
