Payroll Clerk

Description Our growing client in North County, San Diego, is searching for a diligent Payroll Clerk to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage all aspects of payroll processing accurately and efficiently.Responsibilities:

Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.

Identify payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues.

Provide reports for upper management, finance department etc.

Work with accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

Requirements

High school diploma required, associate's degree in accounting preferred.

Proven experience as a payroll clerk.

Outstanding mathematical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.
